Ages: 10 - 18, by Invitation
Location: Lindsay Rec Center, Large Pool
Gold + is our highest-level competitive swim program, designed for athletes who are fully committed to competitive training. This program is a commitment of 7.5 hours in the pool/week.
Participation is by invitation only with Head Coach approval. Swimmers in this group focus on refining advanced technique across all strokes, developing racing strategies, and increasing training volume and intensity.

Eligibility
🤝 Volunteer Commitment
Families enrolled in the Gold Program are required to complete 12 volunteer hours throughout the season.
These hours may include roles at swim meets, club events, or other team support opportunities. Unfulfilled hours will be subject to a post-season fee of $50 per hour owing.
Families with multiple swimmers will be requires to only volunteer based on their highest program. (ie. 1 gold swimmer, 1 bronze swimmer = 10 hrs owing).
