Full details about session and ​events are detailed in the meet package.  Depending on abilities/events offered, swimmers can swim a maximum of 8 events (3 individual & 1 relay per session) at the coaches' discretion. All events are selected by the coaching team.

UPDATE APRIL 9, 2026: There are 5 spaces remaining for LLSC swimmers, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Swimmers may stay off-campus if desired.

This is a 3 night, TEAM OVERNIGHT EVENT.  The swimmers and chaperones stay together on campus of Brock University in a group of town-homes; there is 1 chaperone and 4 swimmers in each unit.  Parents are welcome to stay in the Brock U area of St. Catharines, and attend the swim meet as a spectator.  If you want to stay on campus with the swimmers, you must commit to being a chaperone.   

The cost for swimmers staying on campus is $578. Meet fees for swimmers who choose to participate and NOT stay on campus will be $61.

This cost includes:

• swimmer accommodations
• all meals
• swim meet fees
• any other included activities 

Our upcoming fundraising activities are intended to hopefully help offset some of these costs.   

We will not not commute as a team, so parents are responsible for the drop-off and pick-up of their swimmer, or for arranging a car-pool with another attendee. 

Chaperone spaces have been fulfilled for this event. There is no cost to chaperone for this event, accommodation and meals are included.   If you are interested, please sign up in the Jobs section as soon as possible. You MUST have a current (or be able to obtain) a Vulnerable Sector Check prior to the event. The club can provide a letter so a VSC can be obtained at no cost. 

There are no qualification standards associated with this meet. However, individual attendance is at the discretion of the Lindsay Lightningbolts Board and coaching team.  

This was an AMAZING event and experience for our swimmers last year and we're excitedly anticipating the same this year!
